P.S. And thanks to Feonie for the heads-up ..... walking along the Seine on a grassy tree-lined promenade in front of the Louvre, we were targeted by a most innocent looking young woman who bent over in front of us and picked up a gold-coloured ring!! After shooing her away, we watched as she was joined by a young man who must have been hovering near by, and they took off a bit smartish!!
